"This was our first time at Beloved but won’t be our last. The beach is beautiful and the service is excellent. We had great service from Alex and Luis at our private pool and the beach. The taco truck and grilled hotdogs were great. Also the coffee shop and gym are both outstanding."

It was the best experience and I will definitely be returning as the time was too short to explore all that the hotel has to offer."

"The only thing we didn't like about our stay was the DJ at the pool twice in our week playing female degrading vile rap music while young drunk girls were rockin' it making a scene in the pool. Thought we were in Cancun! Won't prevent us from coming back but if we see that crap, we head back to the beach or elsewhere."

We went for our honeymoon and my birthday and our butler was so eager to help my husband make my special day the best ever. The food was phenomenal and the drinks were great. Very clean and safe."

"Staffs are very kind. Nice and clean facilities are very good for families with small kids. This resort has most beautiful beach in Cancun area. No rocks in the sea, it is very important for small kids who is playing in the ocean. However, sound proof of the room is seriously weak. I could hear normal conversations of next room. Also, this resort has many private events with noisy music over 10:30pm. This resort has many pools, but they are bit small. If you want to enjoy swimming in the pool, it will be a disappointing. Even I am a gold member, no room upgrades was little disappointing to me, but I already reserved top notch room, it was understandable. Overall, very good resort for family."
