"When room service was requested the beds were not made. Needed to request Toilet paper - that’s a first for me. The floors on the hallway were filthy The kitchen for the breakfast could be better organized. Was given a room with a great view (so said the front desk) but no view to be found. No tv remote in the room. Really disappointed with the whole experience having come to expect quality based on my previous stays at the brand. Needs a lot of improvement. I would not prefer to rebook at this location in its current state."

"Great location !!! Very clean and friendly staff - they were very helpful in directing us to local attractions. The state park is just a block away - the pool was a hit with the kids, and the room was plenty big for 2 adults and 3 children to sleep comfortably. Roof top terrace was awesome - we ate dinner out there and watched the sunset - Fireworks every night at 10 pm was a great time too. I was a little surprised there was no microwave in the room, but there was one in the lobby for our use. Also note that breakfast is not complimentary; it is $11.00 per person and is charged to your room. It looked like it was worth the money, although we did not take advantage of that."

"The property was excellent and really close to the falls. We made multiple trips to Niagara Falls which was possible only because we were walking distance to the falls. Our room was really comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again. The only thing that is disappointing was the the car the hotel arranged for us to the airport. The driver gave us an unasked for non stop political commentary on our guest's home country in extremely disparaging terms. Made us very uncomfortable."
