"The staff were friendly. The room was fine although the stairs and different levels are a problem from travellers with impaired mobility. The cooked breakfast was very good."
"Stayed at The Grange for 2 nights on my own. Beautiful property and very well looked after. All the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Had a good shower, lovely large fluffy towels and quality toiletries. Breakfast was also superb with a good selection. Would definitely recommend."

"Called here after waking the Cumbria way the room was clean and had a bath so after the 73 mile walk it was a bonus..
Staff where nice there’s a bar and they do food and breakfast in the morning we didn’t eat here

"Nice easy stop over on the drive to Scotland. Close to City sites like the citadel. Easy to get meals right at the pubs outside the Hotel, Car parking immediately behind the hotel was all easy for a tired traveller.
Room was basic, bed comfortable, quiet, shower was hot.
All good overall"
