"This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in my whole life. Location was great , breakfast was the best I’ve ever had . The staff were amazing, polite and caring . They have been trained professionally and pamper you so well that you will never forget . The cleanliness is outstanding and the amenities are great. Every day when they clean the room, they leave two chocolate box inside. A complimentary large bottle of water is left every day . The rooftop pool is fabulous with the best view of Capacabana beach and perfect food . If I could , I would give 10 out of 5 stars regarding the price !"

"I had such a wonderful stay here as a solo traveler and felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my visit. The hotel staff went out of their way to make me feel welcomed, accommodated, and taken care of. They truly went above and beyond, and I was so happy to stay here. The location is absolutely fantastic, and being so close to the beach was a huge highlight. Everything was convenient and easy to access. A special shoutout to Marjorie and Sammy for their exceptional service. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, and really made my stay memorable. I would definitely stay here again!"

"I had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Rio de Janeiro Copacabana. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent. The doormen were always so helpful getting me in and out of the car, which I really appreciated. The restaurant was excellent, and the service there was consistently attentive and professional. I also have to give a special mention to the room service. It was spot on every single time — my orders were always accurate, delivered promptly, and the staff were so friendly, kind, and always arrived with a smile. That really stood out to me during my stay. The hotel and my room were very clean and beautifully maintained. I also had a gorgeous view of the beach, which made the stay feel even more special. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept very well as far as the comfort of the room itself. The only downside was the outside noise. There was quite a bit of street noise, as well as noise coming from the military facility across the street. I realize this really isn’t the hotel’s fault and is simply part of the location, but it is something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper. Overall, I had a very positive experience. The kindness and professionalism of the staff, the excellent service, the food, the cleanliness, the beautiful beach view, and the comfort of the room made my stay very enjoyable. I would absolutely stay at the Fairmont again."
