The floor plan encompasses five spacious bedrooms with plenty of room for study, sleep and storage. Five luxurious bathrooms, stocked with fresh linens and towels. The large master bedroom has plenty of space where you can enjoy the view, a private back yard entrance, large walk in closet, jetted tub to relax and a beautiful large private bathroom. Two of the five bedrooms are two private entrance casita's (small suites) that attach to the house in the main entrance courtyard. Every bedroom and family space has its own TV with all the cable channels to enjoy during down time. The kitchen is sleek and stylish. It flows through to the dining room and private rear patio. This home has plenty of room for all with over 3600 plus square feet of living space. You will have space to spread out with the use of the game room, formal dining room, large family room attached to the chef kitchen and a fabulously large back yard. The home is very family friendly. We have games for all, two new cruiser bikes, floats for the pool, yard games, and of course a fire pit to roast s'mores! And to give you peace of mind, the home sits with in a secure gated upscale community of Montage Estates. The outdoor living space is absolutely amazing! Beyond the glass, is a paradise outside that sits among the palms. The yard is fabulously manicured. Wonderful home, beautifully done, well-stocked for a group of 7 adults attending BNP Paribas tennis tourney. Back yard was awesome, we enjoyed the pool and BBQ. Hosts were responsive and great to interact with.

There were seven of us celebrating our father's 91 birthday. There was plenty of room to gather, play pool, play in the pool, hot tub or just relax. The outdoor areas were perfect for gathering to chat or to read. We loved cooking and eating in the well stocked kitchen. Nice job making a lovely home-away-from-home! We all loved our stay! The house was spacious and clean, offering plenty of room for everyone. The backyard was beautiful, complete with a pool that made our time outdoors so enjoyable. We had a wonderful time staying here. We are a group of 4 adult couples that travel together every year. The house is important because most of the fun is being with each other. The house is well stocked for cooking meals at home. The outdoor space is great for relaxing after a day of excursions. Even though temps were nearly 100 degrees, The afternoons were shaded and we spent most of the time hanging out side. The house allowed each couple to have their own private bath. We hope to stay again.

We have stayed at other properties in this same neighborhood with the same group of friends so are familiar. We enjoyed this house for a getaway on a long weekend. It's comfortable, well set up and the beds were actually comfortable as well. Pool is exactly what our group was looking for. We had small elementary age children with us and the home is a good fit for them with a nice kid room for sleeping arrangements. Would stay again!

The house could not have been more perfect. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all 6 of us. The kitchen is well appointed and the common areas are very comfortable. There is a pool table, a pool and a hot tub that we took advantage of. The hostess, Pamela, could not have been more helpful! I highly recommend staying at this gorgeous home!
