POOL HEATING INFORMATION

•HEATING RECOMMENDED: We recommend heating the pool during the cooler months (October–March) for optimal comfort.

•PRICING & NOTICE: Pool heating is available for $130 per day ($95 per day April-Sep) and requires 24 hours’ notice, as it takes approximately half a day to fully heat.

•USAGE & REQUIREMENTS: Heating is optional, and you are not required to heat the pool for your entire stay. However, a minimum of two consecutive days is required.

•SPA REMOTE ACCESS: If you choose to heat the pool, you will also receive access to the spa remote for full control over the settings.

•SPA-ONLY OPTION: If you prefer spa remote access without heating the pool, the cost is $50 per day ($35 from July-August)

Let us know in advance if you’d like to add pool or spa heating to your stay!

NOTE: If you wish not to heat the pool we include 2 hours of spa time a day at no charge.

HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFO

•WEATHER NOTICE: The Coachella Valley is a desert, and occasional windstorms may occur during your stay. While we can’t control the weather, please rest assured that the pool is cleaned twice a week for your comfort.

•NO PETS: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets due to severe allergies.

•NO GLITTER & CONFETTI: To maintain the cleanliness of our space, glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited.

•OUTSIDE VENDORS: Any outside vendors, including caterers, private chefs, or other services, must be approved before your check-in date.

For your convenience, we provide a gas grill for guest use. Please note that no other grills (charcoal, portable, or otherwise) are permitted on the property.
NOTE For safety reasons, fireworks of any kind are not allowed on the property.
•PROHIBITED EQUIPMENT: For safety reasons, waterslides, trampolines, and inflatable jumpers are not allowed on the property.

•NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, vapes, and any tobacco or marijuana products) is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will result in penalties and additional cleaning fees.

Please note: Any items left behind that need to be shipped will incur a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping.
*** For insurance reasons, we’re unable to provide flotation devices, but you’re more than welcome to bring your own.
•CITY ORDINANCE – NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC: Per city ordinance, parties and loud music are not allowed at the property. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM. Violations of this rule may result in fines.

Maximum stay is limited to 28 nights. Reservations exceeding this length cannot be accepted. Liability Disclaimer
By booking this property, you (the Guest) and all additional guests agree to the following terms regarding the use of the pool, spa, gym equipment, and the premises in general:
1. Assumption of Risk
Guests acknowledge that the use of the pool, spa, gym equipment, and other property facilities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage. Guests agree to use all facilities at their own risk.
2. Supervision and Safety
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Guests agree not to leave the pool, spa, or equipment unattended while in use.
• Diving, running, or any unsafe behavior in or around the pool/spa is strictly prohibited.
3. Health and Fitness
Guests confirm they are physically fit to use the gym equipment and acknowledge they have consulted a healthcare professional if needed. The property owner is not liable for any health complications arising from such use.
4. No Lifeguard or Safety Personnel
There is no lifeguard or safety personnel on-site. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others in their party.
5. Damages
Guests agree to notify the Host immediately of any damages or malfunctions in the pool, spa, gym equipment, or any other part of the property. Any damages caused due to improper use may result in additional charges.
6. House Rules
• No glass containers are allowed near the pool, spa, or gym area.
• Use of the facilities is prohibited under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Adhere to all posted instructions and house rules.
7. Release of Liability
The Host will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or death that occur on the premises or while using its facilities. Guests release the Host from all claims of liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Acknowledgment
By accessing the property and its amenities, Guests confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to this Liability Disclaimer.
