"The underground parking is way overpriced and therefore almost empty - should lower the fee so people will actually use it. The breakfast was good. Only one small cafe in this large hotel. The staff was very nice and the property was clean."

"We arrived at 3:30 pm on the day of our check in, but were told the rooms were not available. We left the hotel and returned at 9:00 pm as we had other plans. The front desk clerk was very friendly, however I’m not sure if he knew where the rooms were in the property as he gave us the wrong directions twice. I kept running around the property from the outside looking for our rooms, meanwhile the rooms were accessible through the lobby of the hotel. Finally, another hotel employee directed us to the right place. It took us 20 minutes going around the property looking for our rooms, which were not acceptable from the parking or the pool side as we were initially told. Other than that, it was a great experience staying at this hotel as it was centrally located to PS downtown and all the restaurants. We were there for one night and didn’t use any amenities. "

"The cleaning lady didn’t show up during our 2 days stay.the restaurant at the property was horrible, they messed up our order and didn’t apologize for it."

"Loved the pool. Disliked the bed - it was too soft!!! -- and the gym equipment, especially the stationary bikes, were of poor quality."

"Overall a nice stay. Clean room and helpful staff. Only issue was a green and black mold stain on the ceiling above the shower. That definitely should be looked into."

"Such a great property! The beds were so comfortable, having the 3 pools to choose from... The quiet pool, the adult pool and the regular pool. We only went to the adult pool and it was so peaceful. We ordered room service for lunch and the selections were okay. Mostly burgers, hot dogs, pizza and fried chicken tenders. It would be nice to have better options, but honestly, that's my only negative feedback. Bonus.. it's only 5 minutes from Agua Caliente!"

"Rooms are very spacious, there are plenty of activities for adults and kids; however, we booked it thinking it is a Marriott resort; it turned out it is a timeshared property; which is a bit disappointing given how much we paid per night!"
