It is not a hotel, it's a tiny room in the basement, was very difficult to find as instructions was given to go left of the minimart but there was two minimart three streets in between. After asking people and stores for about 30 mins in the cold weather then we finally located the tiny office in the basement. It's very frustrating after 13 hours of flying. I haven't had breakfast as yet. Will update on it.

I like the support I got from non-hotel staff as I have written in one of my responses to the hotel. Dislike, hotel very difficult to find from T1 plus incorrect directions to the hotel. I finally took a Taxi that was a difficult experience as non of the Taxi drivers were interested - hotel too close to the Airport.

This is a capsular hotel with very little in assistance We could not get in contact with anyone for airport transportation The information in the rooms is all in Korean and I could not figure it out We did get a cab to the airport It was very challenging for an overnight stay, especially for disabled guest

We stayed here to have a place to go during a long layover. We checked in during off hours, but the staff was more than accommodating with checking us in early and getting us directions to our room. Comfy beds with options to grab a bite while in the area.

Easy transit.

A great solution for transit when traveling with children. Near the airport. Free shuttle bus from terminal 1, get off at the second stop from the airport - "International Business Center". Opposite the stop is the Ministop store, near the entrance to the LG Eclat building. It is necessary to go down to minus 1 floor, where the hotel reception and capsule type rooms are located. Ordinary rooms are located above, spacious and comfortable, clean, with city views. The hotel offers a small complimentary breakfast. If you need to leave during the hours when there is no shuttle from the airport, hotel staff will deliver you for free. There are several restaurants and cafes in the business center building.

공항무료셔틀을 이용할 수 있다는 측면에서 위치는 최고입니다. 그러나 지하에 있어서 좀 답답하고, 문밖소리가 꽤 들리네요. 귀마개 꼭 준비하세요.

すごく快適！！

夜便で仁川到着だったのでこちらのホテルを選びました。飛行機が2時間近く遅延し、ホテルへ向かう無料の循環バスに乗れたのが最終便でした。（循環バスは目の前に停留所があり、頻繁に走っているので出かける時もとても便利でした） ハイアットの次の停留所でおりた、目の前のミニストップがあるビルの地下にフロントがあります。フロントのスタッフさんは韓国の方でしたが、日本語で対応して下さって、とても親切でした。 部屋へはフロントで鍵をもらってエレベーターで上がりました。私達はツインの部屋を予約していたので、同じビルの9階の1室を丸ごとかしてもらいましたが、とても広くてキレイで快適でした！冷蔵庫も大きく、レンジ、ポットもあり、何よりドライヤーといっしょにストレートのヘアアイロンがありました！！ヘアアイロンって荷物になるのですごくありがたかったです。シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ、洗顔、歯ブラシもありました。唯一少し不便だと感じたのは、バスマットがなかった事くらいです。クイーンサイズベッドが2台あり、1台には電気毛布もついていて言う事なしです。仁川に泊まるときにはぜひまた泊まりたいです。

솔직한 후기

화장실과 샤워실이 분리 되어 있고 방이 다닥다닥 붙어있는 편이어서 조금 불편하긴 했어요. 방 자체는 깔끔하게 잘 해놨어요. 다만 방만 덩그러니 있어서 좀 썰렁한 감이 있지만 쏘쏘 했습니다.

샌딩서비스 만족

샌딩서비스는 너무 좋았습니다. 다만 오피스텔을 숙박형태로 개조해 만든것으로 약간 노후화되어 있으며, 샤워기 밑에 배수가 잘 되지 않아 불편했습니다. 또한 숙박시 담배냄새가 났습니다.

The staff was very nice; however, management has chosen to keep the check-in hours from 6pm to midnight. This could present a problem for many travelers. The value is excellent if you can deal with this limitation. Play close attention to "about the property" and the email they will send you to avoid surprises. And you will be happy.
