"Breakfast buffet was decent. Rooms are very old and outdated. I found hair everywhere on the bed, on the bathroom floor. I dont think it was thoroughly cleaned. Also, there was something like a black piece of something in the bed comforter. So cleanliness is questionable. It is convenient location but if this is the cleanliness than i would choose elsewhere. I came here because i use hyatt often when traveling but this is not hyatt quality i am used too. "

"Lovely warm welcome, on site parking and a nice bar. Breakfast was good as well. Only issue was that the room was a little warm and I couldnt work out the thermostat."

"Big beautiful clean room. Incredibly comfy bed and pillows. The room had electronic shutters, so was completely black at night (the rarest quality for a room these days) and dead silent.If you are staying by the airport and need good sleep, stay here"

"Room very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very convenient to the train station making it excellent to access many sights in and around Zurich. It’s is also very close to the airport, with the hotel shuttle service it was only 15 minutes to the hotel. I would highly recommend a stay to anyone."
