The town location wasn’t my favorite personally but this hotel was a cool spot to stay at. It’s attached to a dive bar with a pool table on ground level which was nice and rooms were clean and staff was really nice. Just not a fan of the location of the place itself mainly.

Bar with Men, people smoking and playing pool. Police came to ask someone to leave, as they had overstayed their welcome. Nicely remodeled. Bathroom was especially well done. Bunch of older local people were regulars. Close to falls. Impression that it was recently converted from a rooming house style place above a bar.

Værelset var bedre end det så ud til når man kom. Fint til en overnatning. Skidt man tjekker ind i en bar hvor det er fuldt med røg eller flink betjening Også skidt der man skulle betale en skat trods værelset var betalt

Grauenhaft! Nie wieder!

Dieses Hotel empfehle ich keinem! Im ganzen Hotel inkl. den Zimmern stickt es grauenhaft nach Rauch. Wir mussten den ganzen Tag das Fenster offen haben, dass wir es gezwungernermassen aushalten konnten. Das Frühstück (wenn man das überhaupt so nennen kann) mussten wir in der Raucher Bar zu uns nehmen. Spärliches Frühstück welches sogar abgelaufene Lebensmittel beinhaltete!!! Vom Personal wurde uns nicht entgegegekommen….ich denke sie wissen genau was sie den Leuten für zu viel Geld verkaufen. Einfach nur traurig.

Das Hotelzimmer war in Ordnung. Die Bedienung an der Rezeption war sehr schlecht und unfreundlich. Drei Damen waren vor Ort, keine davon wollte einem begrüssen und entgegennehmen. Ein Parkplatz welcher gemäss Reservation dabei war, war nicht vorhanden.

Great Location

We arrived at the hotel really late and got really great customer service to help us check in. The hotel is simple but comfortable, and a very nice 5-7 min walk from the Rheinfalls. Love it!

Très bon accueil, mais la réception ne trouvait pas la clé de notre chambre. D'autre part, le bistro de l'hôtel est fumeur et la fumée se répercute dans tout l'hôtel. Très désagréable.

Nice hotel close to Rhine Falls

It is about 300 meters to the mighty Rhine Falls. Which is the main reason we stayed in this hotel for one night. Hotel is OK. No complaint.

Not worth the money

If you don't mind making your way through a bar full of sigarett smoke as an entrance to your room, this place is ok. The double room with a private bath is not the worst I've seen. Shower and toilet was blocked though, but I got an other room the next day. But I would never stay here with my family. Smoke and drunk people from early morning to late night is just not ok. Breakfast is served in the bar area.
