"We had an ocean front room in the new wing and can honestly say it was lovely. The staff were great, the hotel facilities were lovely and food and drinks all good."

"Breakfast area too small. Was chilly for Florida - no seating indoor or outdoor to eat your breakfast. "

"The staff was very nice. However, the room was not clean at all. There was dog hair all on the window sill and the bathroom shower curtain had soap scum and mold all over it. Your balcony is not private either. You share it with the room next to you. I was not expecting to walk out and another couple be right outside your sliding glass door. "

"Gorgeous property. Bird of Paradise was perfect for two of us for a 7 night stay! Immaculate grounds, daily housekeeping and laundry. Beautiful quiet pool. We loved everything about tge property. No beach access was kind of a bummer but we didn't realize there aren't really beaches much in the Keys!! Wonderful stay."
