"The hotel looks great in the pictures, with a spacious room and a kitchen, but our room smelled bad and was badly in need of an update."

"Very clean"

"Really amazing property- huge apartment, super clean, great bed, great kitchen, nice tvs- truly a great place to stay if you have to stay in downtown cleveland."

"Very nice stay. Super clean. Easy check in instructions. The bed was comfortable. Highly recommend"

"A small issue with amenities in the room but the property went above and beyond to make it right"

"The only complaint I had was that my sink faucet was extremely loose. Someone probably needs to go in there and replace it or tighten it down."

"The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good."

"The hotel is amazing. We travel with a cat. They treat you and your pet so friendly and thoughtful. The only complaint is they have a long counter in the bathroom area, but there is no outlets to plug in flat irons, hair dryer etc. Only outlet is the coffee pot or refrigerator plug. Not very convenient. Great stay, wonderful bartender!"

"Clean and great breakfast"

"I liked the set up of the room and the Keurig coffee pot! Loved the couch and ALL the amenities! My brother in law made a great recommendation!! Tks Danny!!"
