First time to Hot Springs Village

We loved Hot Springs Village! If you love golf, the lake, pickleball or tennis this community has it all. There are also great restaurants inside the village so it’s easy to eat out. If you want to hit downtown Hot Springs it’s only 30 minutes and it’s an adorable area!

Driving Range Charmer

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay here! Property was clean and nestled in a great location. Communication with the host was excellent. Close to Lake Balboa and Marina.

Golf trip

4 guys stayed here for a 5 day golf trip. We all had our own bedroom, plus plenty of group gathering space. The house was clean and roomy. We really enjoyed it.

Golf weekend

The location was perfect for golf in HSV. The house was nice and clean but the landscaping and backyard area need a good sweeping and spring cleaning. Unfortunately the firetable broke during our stay when maintenance tried to change the propane bottle. We also didn’t realize we were on the driving range and not a fairway as it appeared in pictures.

Wonderful Time!

My family and I had a wonderful time in Hot Springs Village! The location was great and the drive to downtown wasn’t too far. The house was spacious and had everything that my family and I needed. The hosts were very good with communication. We’d definitely stay again! We had a great time and were very pleased with choosing this house for our stay.

Golf trip

Great house...very convenient to the East gate and the golf courses on that side of HSV. Nice outdoor living area to relax and replay the day on the course. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals before and after golf. The ice maker had trouble keeping up with our demand, so you may want to grab a bag if you need a lot. Only disappointment was that the house is not actually on Isabella Golf Course but instead is on the end of the driving range, which is big difference to someone expecting golf course views.

Great place

Very clean just as advertised. Loved that we didn't have a lengthy list of duties to complete before checkout. Some properties charge a hefty cleaning fee, yet you are expected to do most of it yourself. This was simple and quick, which is nice when you have an early tee time.

Beautiful!

My family and I loved this property! Our favorite part was roasting marshmallows on the fire pit. The outdoor space was warm and cozy complete with a grill! Plenty of outdoor seating. The inside of the house has 4 bedrooms that were spaced out enough for us to enjoy our private spaces. The common areas had plenty of seating and room for lounging and dining. Great kitchen and well stocked.

Family

The only downside of the property living room furniture could use updating. Three people within the family group are 6 foot or better and the couch was way too low to sit in! So, we did not spend much time in the living because furniture was uncomfortable.
