Leonardo Hotel Manchester Piccadilly

Leonardo Hotel Manchester Piccadilly

8/10 Good
"I would say our stay was average, the location of the hotel was great for us, on the outskirts of the city centre but not too far away from everything. We parked at the nearest tram stop car park and paid £6.50 for 24 hours parking. The room itself was at the end of the corridor so we didn't have any noise from anyone else coming and going. The member of staff on reception on our arrival could certainly do with some better customer service skills, I had selected online for an early check in if available. She acted like I'd asked for something unfathomable and that she'd never heard of such a thing so we went for a wander until the normal check in time and was seen by another lady with blonde hair who was lovely, even with such a queue of customers she was nice to everyone. The room itself was okay, the bathroom sink area hadn't been wiped properly as there was remnants of someone else's skin care and there was even someone's bogey stuck to the wall! We're not ones to complain however, I wouldn't say it's a luxury hotel, just an every day stay and at the price we got it at we weren't expecting anything amazing."
