"We enjoyed our stay at the Clifford Sawyer House. The house was exceptionally clean, and had all the necessities (linens, beach towels, soaps etc.) to enjoy our stay. The kids enjoyed the upstairs bedroom and the downstairs rooms were very cozy and comfy. The pool was a great perk for the evenings when coming back to the house to freshen up before dinner. The location of the lower public dock was great also. I would recommend renting your golf cart from the Canvas Shop or a provider who can provide you a permit to allow access into the settlement. We will definitely be back for another stay. "

"The property is beautiful. Location is ideal if you are a competent boater. A 30' center console is a must have for this trip and gives you access to all of the fun things to do on the surrounding islands. The dock is well protected and the channel into the cove is well marked. The owner was easy to work with and accommodating when a small maintenance issue popped up. The views from the pool and beach chairs on the peninsula are outstanding. Would definitely stay again!"

"Little Fern Cottage is even better than advertised! The host was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. We were given a welcome packet that had the ferry schedule, golf cart rental companies, etc. everything to make our stay on Elbow seamless. Location is a short walk or golf cart ride to everything you want to explore. We will be booking again soon. "
