Overall, the experience was positive. I found that the bathroom fixtures were old and need replacing, and it took me some time to figure out how to turn on work the air conditioner. The wifi signal was not strong. The cost was reasonable and the staff were helpful with the check-in.

We stayed in the family room. Was spacious and clean. Had a fridge, kettle and toaster. AC and internet worked well. Staff on site are friendly and attentive. Close to restaurants and shops.

The bed was firm and comfy. The fridge was nice. Pet friendly, so we don't have all the choices in town. Ground floor access was great. Carpet free. Good location in town, close to many EV charging options and many food choices. Parking onsite and street parking is good. AC was terrible and loud because the filter has never been cleaned. It can't be cleaned as the AC unit installation prevents it. WiFi was unusable with no QOS over multiple DSL lines from Telus. Zero internet connection when on one of many WiFi's many SSIDs. The bathroom needs to be condemned, it's disgusting, scary. Maybe they were going to film a horror film soon?

Was my first stay in hope and this staff was friendly the rooms was clean, older but still very comfortable beds . As I had a family room with 3 beds . No kitchen but microwave and coffee . I definitely would go back when in town for sports

We were given a welcoming reception by the front desk staff who personally escorted us to our room and came back to help us navigate the television set up. She was polite, cheerful and informative.The Inn is an older property and in need of some upgrades but everything was in working condition and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room had a new mini fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. It was also large and well furnished with a table and two chairs, sofa and dresser. Our registration/receipt was ready on our arrival and our check out was simply a matter of returning the key. We enjoyed our stay.
