"This place is still under going some major work, unfortunately this leaves the stay very disappointing, staff really so nice and helpful but unfortunately because of such a lack of employees very unfair on them we actually left 1 day early no mention of refund and the fact that they had also charged for parking again lostv1 day of this, really feel for the amazing staff but unfortunately the actual hotel leaves alot to be desired, will never be back to it again and will advise family and friends...

"Very quiet and spacious. Sleep was great, with a good selection of pillows."

"Value for money. Quite a lived in hotel but very clean. Breakfast not particularly good but again it was value for money and convenient for what it was."

"Very grand. Staff was amazing"

"This is a nice hotel for a true tutor experience. The breakfast was gone to fall. And you can’t beat the location. They did email me about room type and I did respond specifically and did not get the room I wanted. So make sure you remind them at the desk when you check in what kind of room you wanted. Unfortunately for me bad knees, I had to walk up two flights of stairs with my suitcase."

"Clean room and the staff were very helpful and breakfast was excellent"

"Food was excellent and great service. If you are in the main building please ask the team to turn the outside spotlights off as they may be shining in your windows overnight."

"NA was all ok for us."

"Lovely hotel, well kept gardens, large room, friendly staff. Only downside was shower was a little poor"

"Room was clean but very dated, aircon was dirty, had to go down the corridor to get tea/coffee and not marked up, ok for one night"
