The Ship Inn

"Fantastic stay! Wonderful pub in a great area. Room was spotlessly clean and large (had room no.1). Beach is a 10mins walk away with fabulous views. Food was excellent and staff really friendly and helpful! Can't fault it and will stay again!"

"Lovely two night stay at "Posh b&b". Bed was big and sumptuous, quirky room and ceiling shapes due to good use of very old building. Classy bathroom (huge bath - maybe not so appropriate in current drought but they didn't know that when it was installed!) A big plus for us is the well stocked and cosy residents bar for pre evening drinks or late nightcap. Staff are very freindly, approachable and efficient. Breakfast is everything we could hope for with many hot choices and extensive cold offerings. We felt pampered."
Three double bedroom fisherman’s cottage-breathtaking views across RSPB marshes.

"Lovely place to take our extended family to. Especially the beautiful downstairs bedroom and bathroom that gave us peace of mind that mobility was not an issue. The rest of the place was very comfortable and to be able to walk out the door straight onto the path to the beach was wonderful. A very nice short break for us all."

"This is a really lovely property with a huge central space that’s great for relaxing in with lots of books and a very well equipped kitchen. There are walks to go on, straight out of the door. I would be very happy to stay here again and would definitely recommend it."
