Loved this posh B&B. Beautiful old building set in a delightful town. Great base to explore places like Wells next the Sea, Sheringham, Holkham and Blakeney. Friendly attentive staff. Lovely food. Comfortable room. The attention to detail made it even better. Goodnight cookies shaped like moons. Free after dinner chocolates in the residents only bar. Welcome biscuits in the room. Complimentary toiletries that smelt yummy. Loved reading about their 25 year journey and looking at all the photos. Will deffo be back

Amazing hotel. Very well trained staff. The hotel had great history. Excellent dining options in the evening at great prices. Breakfast was either a light meal, included in the price or for those that need something substantial a great menu to choose from. We will definitely go again

This is probably one of the best b and bs we have ever stayed in. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and all the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. The food in the restaurant was superb - excellent choices well presented. The history of the building was so interesting- well done to the owners for creating a beautiful haven in Holt. I’m sure we will return.

Lovely two night stay at "Posh b&b". Bed was big and sumptuous, quirky room and ceiling shapes due to good use of very old building. Classy bathroom (huge bath - maybe not so appropriate in current drought but they didn't know that when it was installed!) A big plus for us is the well stocked and cosy residents bar for pre evening drinks or late nightcap. Staff are very freindly, approachable and efficient. Breakfast is everything we could hope for with many hot choices and extensive cold offerings. We felt pampered.

Beautiful room (we stayed in 15) loved the complimentary drink in the bar and delicious cookies in the evening. Super comfy bed and pillows. Gorgeous bathroom with huge bath and shower. The breakfast was incredible, I went for the frittata which was delicious and filling my husband the full Byford. Would definitely plan on returning soon.

The food from the restaurant is of a high standard with the breakfast the standout service with its quality and quantity. Highly recommend the breakfast hash skillet.
