"Beautiful cottage near the Niantic. Short walk to the boardwalk and restaurants etc. Very clean and maintained property. My kids loved the added bonus of a few video games and board games.The host Erin was super helpful and responsive."

"I was vacationing with my husband, adult sons, their partners and children. The house layout worked especially well for the couple with kids (they used the upstairs bedrooms which came with a living room that the kids used while those of us downstairs slept a bit longer). The walk to the beach is 5 minutes and very pretty. We loved staying here and Liz was the best!"

"Our room was huge and had everything we needed, including a couch and a small dining table. The inn is centrally located with several cute shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was extremely helpful. Our heat went out while we were there. They came right in and tried to fix it. Just in case, they left us a space heater. We did wind up having to use the space heater, but the cold room just made for better snuggling. I have no complaints and will stay here again."

"Great home! Our family enjoyed the basement playroom and also the fire pit out back. The deck was huge and had comfortable seating and a nice fire pit there too. So close to our fishing location, which is under the Waterford bridge. House was clean and owners always responded right away to any questions I had. Only complaint would be the dip on the top of the driveway. It is very steep and both my car and my sons did bottom out a few times. But after messaging MK about it she said it was ok to park on the street and we did do that. Overall experience was great and we plan to come back in the near future "
