"Loved our stay!! Best location to access subways, made traveling easy, fast, and safe. All the staff were helpful and friendly especially the doorman Peter. The Hyatt grand central made our trip all the way from California memorable. Thank you "

"Clean rooms, staff was always friendly and courteous, express checkout is always a breeze, room service was quick. Only downside was the amount of time you have to wait for and little space inside elevators. There are 3 elevators, but basically only 2 work all the time as one is used also for service and they have to serve 40+ floors taking too much time sometimes to leave or get into your room. Besides this minor inconvenience, our time at this hotel was great and the location was ideal as it is close to several Subway stations. There is also a nice restaurant next to its entrance. "

"Amazing location, friendly staff, most comfortable bed, and excellent restaurants attached. (The Standard Grill and The Living Room). Ate at both places multiple times and the food plus cocktails were tasty. My husband and I both enjoyed our stay here. Thank You! "
