"A very solid and quiet building within which to stay. Very nice staff at the front desk and shuttle drivers. The hotel restaurant food was not bad at all, as one of our servers said, "Minnesota does comfort food really well". I would agree."

"My situation was somewhat unique. I was conducting a training seminar for 7 people, 4 of whom were from out of state. They stayed in the property. The space was perfect, cleanliness was great and the host was quick to respond to any questions."

"Beautiful apartment in a beautiful house. The surrounding area is great for walking with lots of interesting historic homes in the area and on Summit Ave. Lots of places to eat just down the street. We found it a great place to relax in between a very busy schedule of family events. I would definitely return. Host's communication was also great; anytime I reached out she was quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!"

"Motel s run down and does not give a good impression when you see it. Room was basic but clean. Area felt safe but nothing nearby to eat or even a coffee place unless you have a car. But price affordable so probably a case of “you get what you pay for” If you just want a place to sleep and get a shower it’s ok "
