"Another outstanding stay. After a long day of travelling, you cannot believe how happy I was to receive a seamless check in, complete with a smile and welcome back! She was amazing! The room was excellent and absolutely spotless. Great firm and soft pillows, coffee machine A+. Some visitors may be bothered by James St traffic (or early guest departures). Checkout was just as good as checking in - he was friendly, professional and efficient. I do look at other options when staying in Toowoomba but always end up coming back to Platinum."

"Excellent location, directly opposite Queens Park. Basic but very clean room. Would definitely there again! There are also 2 lovely cafe's within a 2 minute walk to have breakfast at. Plenty of parking directly outside the room and there is parking for larger vehicles out the front as well as street parking. "

"Place is clean and close to everything The beds are very comfortable. Bathroom is big but needs alittle care. Liked it had air cond and fans in every room. Only thing I would change is the kitchenette in the bedroom. It would be good in the hallway end cupboard Will stay again"

"If I could give this place a zero I would. Terrible, dated, roach infested dump. Awful car park, air conditioner didn’t work. Weird smell, cockroaches everywhere. Overpriced. "

"We stayed 3 nights at the hotel. The room was very clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. The restaurant is an absolute gem we ate breakfast and dinner there. The food was top notch and the manager is so lovely and accommodating. Parking is onsite as well. We will definitely be back next year. If I could give 6 stars I would! "
