"The hotel is in a fantastic location, with easy access to Central Park, as well as plenty of restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. While the location was definitely a highlight, the hotel itself felt more dated than we expected.
Unfortunately, our room did not meet our expectations. The bathroom was very small, and the sink was so shallow that water splashed everywhere if the faucet was turned up too high. We also frequently received the wrong number of towels, even after requesting additional ones (thankfully, we had brought disposable towels as a backup).
There were also a few maintenance and cleanliness concerns. Part of the headboard was coming away from the wall, the pull-out bed was extremely uncomfortable and very springy, and ice had to be requested instead of being available on each floor. When our ice bucket was delivered, we noticed it contained hair and did not have a liner. In addition, the air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool.
Overall, the hotel is suitable for a short stay if you’re looking for a convenient location. However, given the condition of the room and the service issues we experienced, I’m not sure I would choose to stay here again."
