"The property changed hands since I booked. Expedia failed to inform me of this change. I wish I had known the complementary breakfast is now discontinued and that reception closes at 4pm. Thankfully the person i phoned was helpful in explaining how to access my room."

"Very comfortable and the studio apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. The only comment is that there was just one pillow each and no spare ones. However, a request was made for extra pillows and these were very quickly provided. The hotel is very close to excellent public transport links ..."
