"I cannot express enough how kind, friendly and “above and beyond” the entire staff is here. From the moment we arrived to loading our car to leave, everyone we met was extremely helpful. The facility is beautiful and in a perfect location for views of and access to the beach. But honestly, the beautiful lodging is truly secondary to the kindness of the staff. "Only stayed a couple of days this visit to Seaside but when I return will definitely check back in to the Ebb Tide as everything was as expected. The check-in was smooth and efficient; the room was clean and tidy with plenty of towels and amenities. The bed was firm and comfortable with plenty of soft pillows for a pleasant sleep with everything quiet outside. The view was nice although the window could have used a little windex for a clearer picture otherwise I'd highly recommend this place!"

The showerhead was old, clogged and desperately needing to be replaced. The furniture was pretty beat up, our DVD player didn’t work and the curtains didn’t close all the way, leaving a foot wide gap in the middle. "Great staff from front desk to cleaning and breakfast room staff (friendly and helpful). The pool, spa and sauna are a nice addition. The room was a little dated but well-appointed (robes, hair dryer, coffee maker, microwave, frig). I also loved the balcony that faced the river. The chowder at 5pm and hot cookies at 2pm were fantastic! The free breakfast was a nice touch too. Ill be back!"
