"Despite some reviews complaining of noise, we had no problems and didn't even use the provided earlier plugs. The room was bigger than we expected, bed was comfy and we appreciated having a refrigerator and microwave oven."

Promenade Inn & Suites Oceanfront
10/10 Excellent
"The view!! Under construction but they did an incredible job and workers were compassionate and caring. Will stay here again!!"
"Nice hotel on the water right next to a lovely walking path and the trolly. Expensive but I was expecting that due to being the 4th of July. Pet friendly. Decent breakfast. Astoria itself seems to have lost a step or three since we were there 13 years ago. More cannabis dispensaries and breweries than anything. A lot of the charm is now kind of dingy, the lockdown must have hit this tourist town hard. Too bad but still had a nice visit. "
"A smaller non-chain motel/inn. The place is older but clean. The hotel was in a quiet area and our family slept well. They had a small coffee shop in the parking lot that served an excellent iced mocha. I would stay again. "
Best Western Columbia River Waterfront Hotel Astoria
10/10 Excellent
"The stay was amazing. The absolute only thing I would say was frustrating was the food running out during breakfast and then having to wait for staff to refill. (It happened on quite a few options)"
"Older place, but renovated and nice rooms. Good location…able to walk places nearby. The road traffic was extremely loud, but at night it did not bother me at all!"
"Great location on the Prom. We were on the first floor, patio with a view of the dunes. Convenient cafe. For this class of motel everything was very nice."
