"Overall, this property was excellent. The location is close to the Kings Park and we could down from Kings Park to the Mounts Bay Village area through the Jacob's Ladder which is the short cut without using the bus service. The only drawback was the unstable wifi. Wifi was very unstable in the bedroom. It was better in the dining room but it was still unstable."

"Location to the CBD was great. Also very close to public transport. Unfortunately there was limited in-house Restuarant hours eg no dinner meals and the seating area appeared to be dark. Otherwise general maintenance required to the bathroom door that has a very loose hinge making it difficult to shut / open the door. The bedside lamp flickers intermittently. Apart from that we would stay again as the price suited"

"A lovely, clean apartment building central to the CBD and particularly RAC Arena. Simple cooking facilities and full amenities in the bathroom were just what we needed. The CBD was a 15min walk or the Red Cat stop was just on the other side of the street. Street parking was great on a Sunday however possibly tricky to navigate on a weekday or weekend."

"Clean room but very worn out. Needs tlc. Old fan in one bedroom oom that is very noisy, no fan in the other room. Decor could do with a repaint and the bathroom tiles need renewing. Not bad for an emergency stay though. Staff were very welcoming and Eddie couldn't do enough to help."
