"Had an amazing stay with my daughter and she loved the heated pool!! Checking in was quick and staff was nice. Amenities were great and we loved dining in at Rope and Anchor downstairs. There was quite a checking out but they were efficient and attentive and we were able to leave without waiting the whole line. Definitely recommend , we had a great experience and will be back !"

"Check in staff was wonderful, and Matthew in particular was a wealth of information when we needed help the second night. And a delight to visit with. However, we tried to eat on the 19th floor the first night and service was very poor and the second day my room was never cleaned. Friendly staff, but a mixed bag on results. "

"We stayed in room with balcony and river view. I would definitely recommend to stay in this room !!!! The view from the balcony was amazing !!!! Staff are tremendous!!! Muffins and coffee were nice. First night at restaurant we weren’t impressed, but the 2nd night we were. the drinks we ordered and the food we ordered were delicious!!! So I would recommend the restaurant based on our 2nd impression. Market street has a lot of homeless. I would recommend staying away from that street. We found a restaurant on the river that was wonderful!!"

"Great view, not much in the area for restaurants. Bar closed at 9:45 every night. Rooms are nice."

"Don't try to check on even 10 minutes early. Not allowed. Staff were courteous. Room was fine. No complimentary breakfast. "

"Reception staff were not the friendliest. Only one bottle of water in the room, with two guests, I had to ask for more and even then it wasn’t brought to the room. The walls were thin and you could hear other guests like they were in your room. The reception area was extremely noisy at night. The water was cold for ages, you had to run the tap or the shower for several minutes until you got any hot water. I’ve stayed at Marriott several times but this location was disappointing."
