"Amazing service, beautiful room, relaxing stay"

"Overall and excellent stay and would recommend. Pros: lovely clean room; big comfy bed; close to the beach; fantastic fresh pub food; and the manager was excellent. Cons: some of the other staff were a little brisk; expensive wine by the glass; and breakfast was included but a little mean. There was not buffet for pastries, toast or fruit - just a single choice from the breakfast menu and a fairly small portion size. "

"This place is one step above!!! Such friendly hosts, lovely warm atmosphere. Beautifully decorated rooms. Quite literally faultless, well gladly return here again for a lovely break from London. Thank you boys, be very proud of what you have achieved. See you again soon."

"The house was family friendly. We asked for a travel cot, highchair and bed which they provided and this was very helpful. Tess and Ed left us some treats which were a lovely surprise to start our holiday. They communicated with us well. The location to the seafront is great. Only a few minutes walk there and to the park.Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we went back to Littlehampton. Thank you! "

"Shower did not work, sink in bathroom did not empty, strong smell of urine in bathroom. Old tired and worn carpet. Dirty windows. Dirty mouldy blinds Freezer full of ice and in need of defosting"

"The listing on Expedia said 24-hour pool, which is false. It is only open weekends 9am-3pm. We booked for use of the pool in the evenings and were disappointed upon arrival. "

"Great location, with seaview & close to shops and amenities. Great communication with hosts. Apartment was clean, and well presented. TV, wifi, shower etc worked well. Fridge vibrated and was noisy at night. One large double room. Twin room was smaller than expected with just enough space to fit bunk beds. All beds were very comfortable."

"We stayed at this beautifully appointed apartment for 2 nights as we had a family wedding nearby Immediately impressed with the cleanliness and comfort! the beds were super comfortable and bedrooms so very spacious!The bathrooms looked like new and wer immaculate Lovely views from the lounge and balcony too!My elderly Mother did struggle with the stairs up to property (they are quite steep and lots of them)We all agreed that the towels were more like blankets and scratchy to use and some black out curtains would enhance sleep experience. Also as its above two fish and chips shops the flat does tend to get fumes fron the large eextractor fan and can smell but is sporadic when windows are open.Location fabulous and is very close to the beach and many shops and good restaurants;we enjoyed beautiful coastal walks and watching the world go by!Communication with Maria and Mason was excellent and thorough. All in all we had an excellent and comfortable 2 night stay and would definitely recommend this property !"
