"An exquisite hotel. Wonderful character in the main buildings, with the cosiest of lounges & bedrooms. Delicious food served in an intimate setting. A gorgeous spa with long standing highly experienced therapists. All staff go above and beyond. I cannot fault or recommend highly enough."

"The house was family friendly. We asked for a travel cot, highchair and bed which they provided and this was very helpful. Tess and Ed left us some treats which were a lovely surprise to start our holiday. They communicated with us well. The location to the seafront is great. Only a few minutes walk there and to the park.Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we went back to Littlehampton. Thank you! "

"Shower did not work, sink in bathroom did not empty, strong smell of urine in bathroom. Old tired and worn carpet. Dirty windows. Dirty mouldy blinds Freezer full of ice and in need of defosting"

"The listing on Expedia said 24-hour pool, which is false. It is only open weekends 9am-3pm. We booked for use of the pool in the evenings and were disappointed upon arrival. "

"Great location, with seaview & close to shops and amenities. Great communication with hosts. Apartment was clean, and well presented. TV, wifi, shower etc worked well. Fridge vibrated and was noisy at night. One large double room. Twin room was smaller than expected with just enough space to fit bunk beds. All beds were very comfortable."
