"The concierge was excellent. She made arrangements for me to self check in after the front desk was closed because my ferry arrived late at night and she also made arrangements for me to check out and come back later and get my bag and wash up before my flight. Very accommodating! Hotel was nice and new, and in a part of town near many restaurants, shopping, the bus terminal, and the history old town. "

"Lovely hotel with a selection of individual rooms. Some aspects of our room were not terribly functional - steep steps up to the bedroom, shower at opposite end of room to sink and toilet, and a less than comfortable seating arrangement in the living area. But these are small things when everything else was great including the very comfortable mattress and the large amount of space. "This property is in the heart of the old town. Everything is just outside your door. Despite this it was quiet inside and we slept so well. The room was lovely and the shower was amazing. We walked easily to the beach and it’s not far to the harbour with all the boat trips and ferries. Would recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to stay in an all inclusive resort and likes to be based more in town. We loved it and Lena was so helpful"
