"We had a fantastic stay at villa lliotti. Helen was the perfect host from start to finish. She organised our transfers to and from the airport. The rooms were of a very high standard with quality furnishings, beds and a great bathroom. Also the housekeeping was to an excellent standard every day. Ideal location. No car required, easy access to beach, old town , new town and the port for day trips. A good mix of branded shops and tourist shops to suit eveyones needs. Everywhere is only a 5-10 minute walk away including the tour office and bus station. Fantastic restaurants and shops all around. Overall a perfect place to holiday"

"I had an issue with the patio door lock on arrival. The manager called the maintenance guy out at 9pm at night to attempt to fix but was unable to. They promptly moved me to the same room opposite and promised to fix it by the morning. They kept that promise, and I was offered my original room back or could have stayed but I opted to take my original room. One day I got back and there was a small gift from the hotel to apologise! There was no need it was dealt with. The staff were wonderful and always friendly and smiling, nothing was ever too much. The mini bar addition in the room was a nice addition as well!"

"We stayed in an Executive room for five nights. 1. We weren't told that the room is cleaned and tidied only every other day. Things like that should be mentioned in advance. 2. There was a coffee machine in the room. We ran out of coffee capsules after a day and a half. When I asked why the coffee supplies hadn't been replenished, I was told that this had to be done through room service (for a fee!)"

"Just perfect for the money. Breakfast is basic and similar every day but it's what you expect from the hotel. Clean big room and friendly stuff. Perfect location if you want to stay at the heart of Rhodes."

"Great property near to Old Town 10 minute walk. Loads of restaurants a small local shops. Harbour with boat trips etc. Staff were very helpful and all the little extras made the trip, complementary watermelon & cava, fresh juice by the pool daily. Free mini bar which was topped up daily. Great breakfast option. Furniture in the rooms a little tired but cleanliness was 100%."

"Beautiful, brand-new property. The cleaning crew was incredibly kind and helpful, and they really made the experience feel like home. The complimentary items in the fridge were such a unique and thoughtful touch, and they were replenished every day. I’ve never experienced that level of hospitality at a hotel or boutique property before. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it."

"I loved that the hotel was place to many delicious restaurant and walking distance to the beach. It was beautiful to wake up, step outside the balcony, and take in the beautiful view. However, there was an incident at the restaurant/bar inside this hotel where we were being overcharged for water bottles. For two water bottles, they were going to charge us 20 euros. My boyfriend asked to confirm, “20 euros?” The employee at the bar said. “Yes, 20 euros.” Just when my boyfriend was going to put them away, they told us we misheard the pricing and charged us the actual price. From that incident, we just bought water elsewhere. Otherwise, place was clean and amenities were great in hotel. Totally recommend, just watch out with getting scammed by the staff at the restaurant/bar."
