A well situated hotel in downtown Halifax. The room was spotless. Staff was great. Awesome breakfast. I am always surprised that given the price of the room, the hotel charges its clients to pay for parking on site. There is next to no outdoor parking so the garage is really the only on site option

The property has a central location. For able bodied people, the boardwalk was max 20 minutes away. For those not able or willing to walk an uber or short drive would be necessary.

liked the hotel however pool was small, Also since we had to walk a lot, it was hard on the joints to walk up and down a steep hill to get to the town from the hotel......but basically a very good hotel, especially if you have a car...Ken

The staff were surprisingly unaware of local tours. Some handed us pamphlets, some searched Google for us, but none could provide informed recommendations. We were hoping to get insider information (not available through Google) from people who live in the area and work in the hospitality industry, but failed to do so. Room was fine though. Gym was fine. Pool was nice when it wasn't overcrowded.
