"Dust is everywhere in the room. When ask to clean the room, the cleaners only change the towels and tidy up the beds. The location of the hotel is not convenient at all to reach Amsterdam central. However their breakfast is nice and staff are helpful."

"Bed was comfortable, room clean and quiet. Road works outside the hotel and lift renovation in the hotel does affect accessibility to the tram stop and it takes longer than usual to get to your floor level. Front desk staff were very friendly. We did not eat at the hotel. "
