This charming three-story four bedroom, three-full-bath beach house offers close to 2,850 square feet of living space, 2 porches, and a convenient one-car garage with a NEW 6-passenger golf cart.

Downstairs you’ll find a spacious living room with surround sound TV, dining room and fully appointed kitchen with eat-in breakfast area, refrigerator with icemaker, under counter icemaker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. In addition to the main living areas downstairs, there is a very private master suite and one guest bedroom with a full bath.

On the second floor, you’ll discover two additional guest bedrooms and one full bath as well as stair access to a large crow’s nest with a trundle bed. Other features include 9 and 10-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas.

New grill, refrigerator with icemaker, re-upholstered front outside furniture and the back patio. The house is conveniently located near the Mid Point Pool.

It has everything you will need to have a great vacation. A six person golf cart made getting back and forth to the beach a breeze! It was so nice that some of the guest chose to stay in and enjoy the home and resort. Check in and out was easy. Didn't really have a need for interactions with management. The stay was amazing. Loved the golfcart, beach umbrellas, large dining table, comfortable beds, and location very near one of the pools. Management was very kind and accomodating on more than one issue. Overall, a great vacation was had by all. Although we were made well aware of the insufficient parking, it wasn't the best situation to park a car off the complex. But we knew it going in, so on us.

We took advantage of the heated pool, the 6 person golf cart and of course, the lovely beach. The only downside were several items that were in disrepair: an upholstered chair, a broken toilet seat and a corner curio cabinet that had a sign indicating it was being repaired soon. ( The toilet seat was repaired after a phone call. Although these items should probably have been repaired before our stay, they did not detract from our enjoyment. We will return,

Our daughter found this house at Martinique and it was perfect for our extended family of 10. 3 houses away from 1 pool and about 10 minute walk from the beach and 2nd pool. We had plenty of linens and the kitchen was well equipped. Nice to have laundry baskets and a drying rack. Plenty of extra beach toys in the garage and the gold cart was so helpful for all. I do have 2 suggestions: please sharpen the kitchen knives and add more silverware. We always eat in all our meals. We were constantly washing silverware to have enough. The knives were very dull.

The photos show one of the rooms on the second floor having twin beds. These have been replaced with a king bed. Also, there are exactly 10 bath towels in the entire house. That is not enough for a house that sleeps 12 people! There were two kitchen washrags and two drying towels. Again, for a week's stay in a large home, that is very insufficient. Otherwise, it's well-stocked.

The quietness was exactly what we needed to GET AWAY from all distractions and focus on FAMILY! We highly recommend staying here and will return - hopefully to the same home! Would even consider buying this exact home if it ever became available we loved it so much!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family ranged in age from 4 to 73 years and all 9 of us were thrilled with Martinique on the Gulf and especially The Crow’s Nest. We will always choose this house! The location was PERFECT! Being near the smaller inside/ outside pool was fantastic for the young children. We went early in the mornings and had the pool to ourselves. The 6-person golf cart and bikes were a hit. We took daily excursions on the golf cart just for fun. The little ones loved it and we could often make one trip to the beach or large pool because of the size. The house was lovely, well stocked, well maintained and perfect for a large group. We had one maintenance issue which was fixed in less than 24 hours. Every employee we met was genuinely nice and accommodating. The office personnel were wonderful from start to finish. Martinique on the Gulf is a hidden gem! We hope to return to The Crow’s Nest again!!
