Surfside Shores Unit 2406 is a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom direct gulf-front condo with two large private balconies. Perfect for large families or two smaller families. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, flat screen TV, and ocean views. The condo amenities are great. 2 ocean front pools for adults, 2 kiddie pools, a barbecue area, and a pristine beach that is never too crowded. You can be down the elevator and have your toes in the water in under a minute.

This complex has 400' of beachfront with less than 100 units in the complex total. What does this mean? You will always have plenty of space to sprawl out on the beach and never feel like others are on top of you. Furthermore, the two large pools and two kiddie pools seldom get crowded and are perfect for families with little children.

This unit just underwent a renovation including adding large flat screen TVs in every room, new living room furniture, new loungers on the balcony, larger kitchen table, and updated décor.

The master suite offers a King bed and private bathroom, flat screen TV, and access to the ocean front balcony.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed and private bathroom, flat screen TV and access to a separate, lagoon facing balcony.

The third bedroom offers two twin beds, a flat screen TV, and its own private bathroom.

Living room has convertible couch allowing this unit to sleep 8 comfortably with plenty of privacy for all guests.

This condo is on the 4th floor giving amazing panoramic views of the ocean, but easy access from both elevators and stairs. There is a security guard at the front gate ensuring guests are not bothered.

Great family condo on the beach

First time visitors to Gulf Shores

Our family enjoyed our stay, especially the two grandchildren. With 4 adults and two kids it was nice to have 3 b drools plus 3 baths. We enjoyed the heated pool since the weather was quite cool and we visited several of the recommended eating places. We hope to make it back to the area.

Perfect for 5 adults

Everything here is perfect. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was nice. The washer/dryer was very convenient! The sunrise is absolutely gorgeous. Sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee watching it rise is heaven. Very short walk and you are on the beach! All communication with the host is quick and responsive. I definitely recommend staying here!

Family vacation

It was a great place to stay first time to gulf shores with the family. Kids had a blast they cannot wait they said to come back again. Was really nice that the one bedroom for the older 2 kids had twin beds. Also enjoyed the list of places and restaurants around gulf shores that they have posted in the condo. This was our 11th year to vacation in Gulf Shores and our 6th time staying in Shore Side Shores complex. We love these units, pool, and beach area. Our stay in this particular condo was great and Jared was awesome to communicate with. We definitely recommend staying here.

Gulf Shores

The property is exactly as decribed. The location is great and easy to get to. Plenty of carts for loading and unloading. We had a 2 day stay. The beach is fast and easy to get to. Great view of the ocean and beach from the balcony, there is one balcony with 2 doors. The unit could use a better cleaning crew for the floors. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. We would book here again.

Great location, nice beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. The only downside was the expensive per car parking fee. Normally, most condo rentals do not require parking fee. Otherwise, the condo itself was very nice.

Great location. Awesome communication.

We had a great time at this condo. Clean and just as listed. Awesome location being right on the beach and the views are amazing! Getting to see the dolphins was a highlight of our mornings. Brought up a couple minimal things with owner that were addressed quickly. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for some time away!

This is a great building and location with perfect beach. The unit itself is cute. But, looking a little worn. The cleaning folks need to try a little harder. The design of the master bedroom en-suite bathroom is very cramped. The other two bathrooms are much better. Overall a great stay. The place needs a little bit more care in cleaning and maintenance.

Watch out! (unjustified repair charges)

Buyer beware! We are a family of five who were down for a soccer tournament. The condo is in a great spot with great views. The owners were responsive and helpful during our stay. The condo does, however, have a somewhat run-down feel to it……like maybe some updating and maintenance are overdue. I noticed the fridge door was a little clunky but thought little of it. We didn’t cook in the condo and probably only opened the fridge like 10-15 times over the weekend. Well, they hit us with substantial refrigerator repair charges a few days after we left......like almost enough to buy a new fridge! If opening and closing the fridge door a few times is a crime, lock me up!! Proceed with caution.

Unexpected issues, but GREAT customer service

We booked Jared and Sara's condo and planned our first family trip to the beach with our three kids. Imagine our surprise when we got there and there was no beach access! The city was reconstructing the beach and had caution tape and huge pipe along the beach, blocking us from walking out of the condo and playing on the beach right in front of the unit. We contacted Jared and Sara who did some digging and were extremely apologetic (even though it wasn't their fault) and we were able to access the beach a lot further down from the unit. Later in our stay, the construction vehicles moved down the beach further and we were able to access the beach right in front of the building and all was well. The owners refunded us a night of our stay for our troubles, which was very kind. The unit was older and in need of a few minor tweaks and repairs, but nothing that impacted our trip very much. We definitely would come back and stay. And check local news in the future to make sure the beach isn't closed! :)
