"Service was absolutely horrible, this is my first time at a hotel and during check in, the lady at the desk gave me my keys and 4 hours after checking in, she told me I need to put in a deposit, by that point I spent my money on food and needed to borrow money for the deposit. So rightfully it took a bit to go through the machine. Afterwards the lady banged on my door every hour for no reason to look inside my room. I had personal items out on the bed and felt super uncomfortable! THENNNN I asked if there was a fee to have another person stay the night and the owner said no and said the only way to is if we purchase another room, I said oh ok can I purchase another room please and he said no and I said oh why? And he said “what is why? If you don’t like it I’m calling the cops!” And I said there’s no need for that and he said “THEN GO TO BED WITH THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF PEOPLE IN THE ROOM” left me in tears for hours. So rude 😭 Will never recommend this place to anyone!!!"

"It was great from beginning to end. I had fast and friendly service while I checked in, my room was clean and comfortable with a water view. The only thing I had a negative feeling about was the $38 buffet which was an entree, two sides, soup and salad with only a couple of cakes to choose from. While the food was delicious, I would not consider it worthy of $38. "

"Century Motel is our go-to stay in Cornwall. The staff are so kind and welcoming. We had issues using the TV and a staff member came to help get it sorted. Greatly appreciated because of play-off hockey. Very clean, comfortable room with a comfortable bed. It's easy to find and has good parking right outside the door. We will be back!"

"Staff helpful. Older exterior but beds were clean and comfortable. The fridge was a good size and kept our food and ice packs cold. Close to walking trails. Restaurant right across the road"
