"Great location, ten minutes to nearest subway, lots of restaurants nearby. Free breakfast in hotel was good and for the three days we stayed there breakfast changed each day and the big surprise was free lunch, which we didn’t use and a free evening meal which we only used once as there are so many delicious places and experiences elsewhere, but great offer."

"I don’t usually bother to write reviews but the staff at the name of the hotel was Siew Garden. I’m actually riding Xishu Garden went way beyond what I would’ve expected. From helping us bring more luggage to our room, to helping us with our laundry, and helping us with our taxi ride, the staff was so friendly and seemed to truly enjoy, giving excellent service to their customers. Aside from that, the location was fantastic, with nearby, foot and body massage, pharmacy, food stalls, and very cute panda souvenirs which are cheaper than I found anywhere else. Highly recommended!"

"We were given a room with smokey smell when we brought that up to the staff they were happy in findng a more suitable unit. Buffet breakfast was good with many selections, only if guests know to close the lid after getting their food would be helpful in keeping the food warn."

"Great experience with hotel, very central location in a shopping centre with metro access a few minutes away. Many local restaurants. Staff in hotel helpful with one outstanding star, Mira Yang on reception who went beyond just doing her job and helped us book the theatre over the road, choose the best seats & ran across to the theatre and collect our tickets to allow us time to eat before watching the show 😁"
