The Space:
Our stylish 1-bedroom apartment is perfect for up to 4 guests, offering a modern and cozy space to relax or work. It features a queen-size bed, full bathroom, closet, air conditioning, Smart TV, and high-speed WiFi. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, refrigerator, and a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed—ideal for couples, small families, or business travelers.
Guest Access:
Check-In is available from 3:00 pm onwards, with fully autonomous access so you can arrive at the time that works best for you. On the morning of your arrival, we’ll send detailed instructions via message.

The Neighborhood:
Torre Luum is located on Av. de la Paz in the prestigious Colonia Americana. With tree-lined streets and a MiBici station steps away, you can easily explore the area on foot or by bike. Enjoy iconic cafés like Sinónimo, Zenguele, and Roto Café & Vino on the same block. Plus, we’re just one block from the CAS, ideal for U.S. VISA appointments.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy! Bus lines run along Av. de la Paz, and a MiBici station steps away lets you explore by bike. The bus station is 20 min away, and GDL Airport about 30 min by car. Paid parking nearby and ride-sharing services make city travel simple.
Other Things to Note:
For stays longer than 7 nights, a mandatory weekly cleaning will be scheduled to ensure comfort and hygiene.
Cost: $400 MXN per session.
Includes: sheet and towel change, trash removal, and general cleaning of bathroom and floors.
The day and time can be coordinated in advance with our staff.
