"We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property. John was an excellent host, friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit.The annex was exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and situated in a fantastic location with stunning views. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The hot tub was a particular highlight, especially in the evenings where you can see the sea and a lovely colorful sky when the sun starts to set. The property is also ideally located within walking distance of both Mortehoe and Woolacombe, providing easy access to some fantastic coastal walks, including routes to Morte Point and Windy Cove. While the walk may be challenging for those with limited mobility, it was perfect for exploring the area on foot.Overall, this is an excellent place for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing getaway in a beautiful part of North Devon. We would not hesitate to stay again."

"I was contacted by Helen early on my arrival day to say that the property was available and not to wait for the 4pm earliest check in. The House at Pebbles was exactly as described, with stunning views, especially the sunsets over Lundy Island. Lots of interesting walks from the house and nearby National Trust properties and land.Arlington House, the National Carriage Museum were very interesting and the grounds provided good walking opportunities."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful house. Location is fantastic with sweeping views of Woolacombe and Combesgate beach and easy access to amenities in Mortehoe and Woolacombe. A short walk to all the beaches. The house was well appointed, comfortable and the views from the living areas and bedrooms were outstanding. The addition of a second large fridge in the utility area was handy. Highly recommend both the house and the location."

"Old Bakery Cottage is a fantastic holiday location for all ages. With views over the sea from the dining area and sun terrace, a lovely big living area, and within minutes of the stunning Mortehoe headland it cannot be beaten. The delightful village itself with its museum and a number of eateries has all that you could want. If your party contains youngies, then the beautiful sands of Woolacombe are only minutes away. Exmoor walks, gems such as Lynton and Lynemouth and RHS Rosemoor are all within easy striking range. We shall be returning."

"This is our third stay at Cliff House which speaks for itself. Wonderful position , the property is described & the parking access explained exactly as you will find it. Home from home with everything you could possibly need . We had a magnificent time with our request of a ten day stay granted , even getting an unexpected change of linen mid way into our stay , which was most welcome. Holiday Home Hunter gave a friendly, professional service , as always , I have already made enquiries about a return visit next year. Definitely Recommend this property , but not the week want it !"

"Lower Deck is in a beautiful setting, with the most amazing views from the patio doors and terrace. It’s a very special spot! Unfortunately, on this occasion, and whilst cosmetic improvements had been made since our previous visit the property was not clean - we arrived to find dirty floors (that should have been mopped), hair and waste contact lenses supplies in both bathroom bins and half eaten food in the freezer. We needed to wipe out both the cupboards and the fridge on arrival. It should be noted that we’d been made aware that the apartment had not been cleaned by the usual cleaner, disappointing as we had paid for this. The usual cleaner had made the property spotless the year before."
