"Convenient to our daughter in Reservoir. The restaurant is good, the play area inside is great if you have kids. The included parking is a massive bonus. Shopping centre diagonally opposite."

"Very tired and run down unit, smells, demanding a $100 bond, clean bed, basically a bed for the night. Permanent renters noisy, smoking outside door & shouting till late. Close to tram in to town though."
