"When I dreamt of visiting Tuscany, Villa Olivi was what I dreamt of. It was perfect for our friends and us. The views are incredible, and the house was very comfortable and accommodating. As withers have expressed, there is one tight squeeze going up the hill in a car, but otherwise the whole experience was magical."

"Beautiful villa in the tranquil Tuscan Hills, this place is well equipped with everything you need and more. Close to beautiful Lucca and Florence with some lovely local restaurants nearby. Local food and wine is absolutely superb. Supermarkets are not far away with plenty of space in the villa to stock up. It has a well maintained pool and gardens and the owner is helpful and friendly and just an email away from anything you need. We visited the nearby beaches too. Directions to the villa are well explained, driving can be tricky with some tight bends but the views are breathtaking. Highly recommended. "

"Check In war okay. Schlüssel befand sich wie mitgeteilt am Ort. Alles in allem war es dort schön. Schöner Pool. Kids hatten Freude. Küche bräuchte dringend eine Grundreinigung. Abzugshaube eklig. Gegend sehr abgelegen und ziemlich weit weg zur Hauptstraße. Info über die Mülltrennung wäre noch gut gewesen. Müll von Vorgänger war bis zur unserer Abreise nicht abgeholt worden. "

"A beautiful farmhouse in a stunning location. The house was clean, tidy and well equipped with comfortable beds and ample space to sit both inside and out for dining and relaxing. The views are quite spectacular and waking every morning to open the shutters to this was breathtaking. The metato was superb and made a great space for my sister and her family to stay in, containing separate bathrooms and tea and coffee making facilities. 7 of us stayed very comfortably within the main house and 3 in the metato with room for another. The pool area was especially relaxing, with a good sized clean pool, a table chairs and sun loungers. Most importantly, there were sun umbrellas and plenty of shade in all the seating areas. Plenty of board games and books are provided and the sitting room is a perfect space for all sitting together. The local Spar provides most of the basics and is around an 8 minute drive away.We cannot recommend this property enough, Mike was brilliant at communicating and sent us all the information we needed for a very smooth stay. We were all very impressed and sad to leave this little piece of Tuscan heaven."

"We were awe stricken upon arrival. This home was even better in person. There was one morning when there were low clouds in the valley and we ate on the patio seemingly above the clouds. The views were spectacular. The drive to the home is typical, switchbacks, tight curves and elevation gain. The nights at the main house were cool and comfortable. The pool was always refreshing after our daily adventures. There is a bathroom by the pool for convenience too. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table too! Just a great stay, everything we hoped for. "We were made very welcome by Paola, Carlo and Loretta- and they kindly left us a bottle of Chianti and some local honey to welcome us further. The accommodation was much larger and airier than we had anticipated, with full air conditioning throughout. The super king bed on the mezzanine floor was very comfortable . The patio provided a shady place to eat , and a welcome escape from the sun. The pool is absolutely beautiful, set in landscaped gardens, under imposing mountains. It is stunning and absolutely pristine. The facilities are excellent and it is well placed for local restaurants, bars and shopping. We stayed for three weeks. It was perfect! "

"Lovely old mountain house with great pizza oven and stone built BBQ. The gardens are great and the pool was amazing. THAT VIEW!! you feel like you are swimming in the mountains. We even saw fire flies at night. "

"We had a nice week here at this house in the mountains. The view was stunning, incredible bird song all day, and lumenescent fireflies at night.Lovely places to sit and enjoy the scenery and have a meal. Pool is small but great for a dip to cool off.The house is very charming and is better in real life! Lorenzo was very helpful and welcoming."
