"The room was not very clean at all, and there were damaged spots everywhere. The carpet has so many stains on it, and the sculpture looked like it had never been dusted. Also, the AC barely worked and it was super hot. It didn't seem like carpet was vacuumed as there was loose string and chunks of plastic on the floor. It was such a disappointing stay, they seem to have no standards for the room upkeep and I am very unsatisfied with having to stay here."

"Rooms were clean, housekeeping by accident skipped our room for bed makeup and towels so we ran down to get more coffee. Chairs were dirty so we put towels down to sit on them. Price was right"

"My partner & I really enjoyed our stay, we stayed in the efficiency suite it was very spacious, The bathroom was so nice water temp was great I mainly showered at night, my favorite was the fireplace, staff were really nice & helpful & the free breakfast was a big + !! One less thing we had to spend on, the bed was super comfortable, we stayed 3 nights & 4 days, would definitely recommend & for the price definitely worth it & also everyday we parked right in front of our room it was a great stay"

"A lovely place to stay because it was very comfortable, clean, quiet and safe. I was disappointed the tennis court was not available, it is a seasonal amenity. I generally do not like valet parking, but they handled it seamlessly. All of the staff were extremely nice."

"This was a beautiful property in Lake Tahoe within a short walk to the California Lodge at Heavenly ski resort. The architecture of the property is very interesting with an A frame style main floor with large windows looking into the backyard forest containing countless large pine trees towering over the house. The backyard drops off with a hidden backyard driveway that leads to another private 2 car garage under the visible 2 car garage. This garage is for the owners use only. The house has a secondary separate master living area including bathroom, kitchen dining and living room in the lower level. The main floor has a beautiful kitchen, dining, living area and master bedroom. The upstairs has a small loft area and 2 bedrooms. Washer and dryer are located in the lower level. Overall the house was very enjoyable to stay in with plenty of beautiful furniture, glasses, plates and silverware. We used the spacious main garage to park the car daily and store all the ski and snowboard equipment. We made the one hour drive to Kirkwood Resort for the first 2 days then stayed in Heavenly for the last 2 days. Luckily we enjoyed the one last spring snow storm for the season which made our spring skiing vacation very enjoyable.An interesting sidenote is the trash management. The trash must be put inside cans in a locked metal bear bin to prevent the wildlife from accessing the trash. The recycle is only for cans and bottles and must be placed inside the garage containers."
