"Only reason I would not give a 5 star review is that I had a 20% discount on one food or drink purchase during my stay but I was never told how to use or present this whilst paying. Otherwise a fantastic all round Hotel. "

"Hotel very convenient for bus station and entertainment venues such as the Pavilion, the Royal concert Hall, and the Theatre Royal. Enjoyed the quirky decor and the appearance of the hotel inside. Staff were helpful at check-in and in the bar.The room would have benefited from having tea making facilities in it, and there wasn’t even a plastic cup to be able to have a drink of water, so I feel that could’ve been improved."
