"Just stayed x2 nights. Didn't really use any amenities. Ate breakfast at Hannah's which came out hot and quick. The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. We will be back"

"Our sink was a little dirty (coffee was dumped out and now washed down the drain) other than that it was good. Disappointed that they did not have microwave. While traveling with kids-and ones that are super picky eaters or maintain their weights (we have wrestlers who needed to weigh in) it was difficult to drive the 10 hours and bring food to eat in the hotel. The room was clean but still had perfume and trying to cover previous smoke of the past, after a week, with asthma, I am still coughing. Bed was comfortable and shower was nice. Having a refrigerator was nice."

"Staff was great. Major room upgrade but the jet tub plug didn't work. It came completely out. We used a washcloth to hold the water. Clean bathroom otherwise. Casino is very convenient. Walls are very thin. Overall not a bad place to stay."

"There is cigarettes underneath the bed. They didn’t do a good job at cleaning the room. The headboard was ripped up and scratched up. You got there was no option to change my room to non-smoking. I only had smoking will not be staying there again."

"Check in was super easy. The home was very clean and comfortable. Nice little residential area not too far from downtown and Greater Nevada Field. Good, quick communication with host. "

"The game room wasn’t like the pictures. It was just all clumped together in the garage. Plus the fridge in the garage had black mold in it. There was also a leak under the kitchen sink. Then the house was not ready until almost 9pm when check in was at 4:30 but in Vrbo said 4. Lastly when trying to contact the owner at 6pm about the house not being done he didn’t respond until 1 am. Then came off dismissive. He offered no compensation for the mis communication. Only that we could check out at 2 instead of 10 and on Vrbo it says 11. "

"The home is a perfect location in Northwest Reno near UNR, Rancho San Rafael Park, and very close to downtown Reno and the Truckee River. Check in was simple and the home was extremely clean and comfortable. We will definitely rent again when the time comes."
