"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The rooms were dirty and had a strong sewage smell. I switched rooms hoping it was just an isolated issue, but the second room was just as bad. What made the experience even worse was the staff’s response. No one seemed to care, and they were unable or unwilling to properly accommodate the situation. The supervisor was even less helpful, which only reinforced the impression that there is a serious lack of leadership at this property. That poor leadership clearly trickles down through the staff. For the price, this hotel is absolutely not worth it. It is overpriced and, in my opinion, a 2-star hotel at best."

"The grounds were beautiful, pools were never too crowded. Staff and food service was exceptional ! Highly recommend for a family:) We didn’t even want to leave the property. The Privado Villas had their own private pool and lobby which we utilized regularly. "

"The hotel was pretty nice, but the pool/outside area isn't the greatest and all you hear is traffic. Breakfast was really good. Rooms are comfortable. Check in was REALLY at the time they tell you - 4 p.m. and no earlier. Our room AC was not working and we did get a person to come fix it just a few minutes after calling. There was some leftover food particles in the microwave which was rather gross. The hotel charges $10 a night for parking which is a joke, considering they are not a resort! And even though our license plate was on file, we got a ticket for some bizarre reason. Such was rectified, but really? We probably wouldn't stay there again as we would rather be somewhere with less traffic and more places (like restaurants) to walk to. Just our own opinion. The hotel was clean for the most part and the bathroom was nice."

"We requested a room on the top floor (the third story) away from the kids pool and they accommodated both of these conditions without any issues! There’s a washer and dryer in the unit, for which they provide detergent, and you can keep in contact with the staff via texting should you need ANYTHING at all. Our suite had 2 rooms and 1 common area with a pull-out bed (very comfortable actually) so the three of us were all able to have our own spaces. Seriously we’re already planning our trip back to this hotel and the Scottsdale area!! Best experience ever"

"House keeping was supposed to come 3 times during our 1week stay. We had to request towels, hand towels & washcloths 2 times due to housekeeping NOT coming. We were out all day for all 7 days so housekeeping should have had NO problem "
