"I was left a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the resort considering it was a 5-Star Fairmont property. There was frequently trash that wasn’t picked up around the pool areas. Empty cups and plates were strewn throughout the property. Just left me asking for more considering how much we paid for our stay. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice resort but I’ve stayed at other 5-Star resorts that were cleaner and more attention to the little details. "

"Beautiful home in a quiet Scottsdale neighborhood. It was extremely comfortable and spacious for our group of five adults visiting for a basketball weekend. We especially loved the open-concept downstairs—the large kitchen, living area, and pool table made it easy for everyone to cook, relax, watch TV, and hang out together. The location was also great, with a market nearby and plenty of excellent restaurants just minutes away.The only downside was the communication with the property manager. She was very friendly, but some of my messages went unanswered or received automated replies, so it didn’t feel as personal as other places we’ve stayed. I would recommend this property regardless, as it is still a wonderful retreat."

The home itself did not meet our expectations based on the pictures supplied by VRBO and previous guest reviews of the home, and the premium price we paid. The host and management company were very responsive to our concerns; however, most of the issues brought to their attention could not be addressed during our stay. This property is in need of updates and maintenance. "

"This was my 3rd or 4th time staying here. Love this hotel. It’s more modern than your average Hilton. The hotel is beautiful and the pool is Amazing! Desert Pony Tavern is the restaurant at the hotel; the Food, drinks and dessert is delicious. They serve breakfast lunch and dinner. Highly recommend! The room prices do vary, which I don’t like; one night it can be $260 and the next $730."
