Loved the Buxton Inn. The staff and inn keeper were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was charming, well equipped and comfortable! The location was ideal - close to the shops and restaurants and an easy walk to Denison campus to visit my student. Hope to bring the rest of our family to stay at the Buxton Inn for graduation!

I had a very nice stay at The Buxton and Mark was the kindest person to work with as he supported my reservation. Very comfortable bed, and the breakfast was delicious and to order. I look forward to them opening a full restaurant and bar. Unfortunately, I did not encounter and ghost, maybe next time! Kathy F

We stayed at The Buxton for a few days while our daughter is at Denison, and the location could not have been more convenient. It sits in the heart of Granville’s historic downtown, right across from The Granville Inn for lunch or dinner.Breakfast at The Buxton was delicious, and the staff were helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. The inn itself is beautiful and charming, with a warm personal feel that made our stay so special.We also noticed the renovations underway and can’t wait to see the progress. We would love to come back.

We had a great experience staying at the Buxton. It’s in a quaint little town, has friendly folks, and it felt cool to stay in a place that Abe Lincoln stayed at in the past! Rooms were surprisingly comfy, and the bathrooms didn’t feel dated at all.
