"Hotel is beautiful, Ben from front desk is amazing and helpful and the valet staff as well. We have stay several times in this property and am a little upset as we left a charger in the room and it was taken. So please if you stay here make sure you dont leave anything behind you may not get it back."

"Overall, the experience did not meet expectations. The staff demonstrated limited knowledge of the property and provided inaccurate information, such as incorrectly stating that the light show was canceled. Additionally, the food quality across the restaurants and room service was consistently below standard. "

"Chris, check in guy made it unpleasant. Gave bad room, balked at moving us to another iffy room. Room was updated and clean, but property was clearly old. Breakfast was not included, charged for parking. Too many other options that are friendlier."
