"Property is beautiful. A lot of different restaurants and bars in walking distance around the hotel. Crack’d is a breakfast spot that’s just around the corner that has amazing breakfast. Staff is great. I just hate that as much as I stay there they charge $8 for per package that you have delivered there. I’ll use an Amazon locker going forward "

"I love the hotel, I just got a little disappointed that the roof top ,was closed during my visit, I booked this hotel just to enjoy the roof top view at Sunset. "

"We did not see pets. Only one person in front desk. Did not visit the bar. The sofa bed was very unconfortable. The internet service was out for the time of our stay (from Wednesday to Friday). They said it was due to a faillure in the area."

"The front desk gentlemen was truly a blessing in disguise. He was so sweet. " I had a very uncomfortable stay at this Holiday Inn. The AC in my room did not work at all — only the fan would turn on, so the room never actually cooled down. Because of that, the room felt damp and muggy the entire time. It also had a strong carpet/mildew smell, which made it even more unpleasant. Overall, the room did not feel fresh or comfortable, and it really affected the quality of my stay."
