"The hotel is so beautiful, rooms nice, but it seems like a cover up to wheel customers in. The breakfast was horrible. The sausages taste horrible, eggs horrible. I’m not done! Imagine getting in the shower to feel that there’s no hot water like that. It felt like cool sink water with a bit of warm. I couldn’t even go in the water. They definitely need to do better with the shower water. And I dislike the tv. I’ve never been in a nice hotel like this and we don’t have Netflix or YouTube. I was...

"The room is dirty. The staff is great. They’re just underpaid. It’s a corporation. I get it no problem, but they have a bunch of properties. This property does not have a pool they’re understaffed obviously whoever owns the corporation doesn’t want to pay people just like how most American companies are, but it’s convenience. That’s why they’re making money and they don’t charge a deposit which is a plus so it’s a good place to stay if you just want something cheap but don’t bring a bathing suit...

"The hotel is terrific. It is right next to many restaurants and shops. It is also next to the river walk and Water taxi."

"The property was great. It was quiet, clean and hospitable. Now the breakfast could use some help but it wad edible. Sausage were meant to be fried and not the eggs. Eggs too hard. Milk, OJ, apple juice, fruits, muffins, bagels cold cereal, oatmeal potatoes all available."

"The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate my early arrival by arranging an early check-in and consistently addressed any concerns I raised in a timely and professional manner. Their hospitality and dedication to providing excellent customer service truly made my experience memorable. I particularly appreciated their attention to detail, including ensuring that my room was cleaned promptly without me ever having...

"Great place - here for a unexpected extended stay - awesome hotel - great staff"

"The room was extremely comfortable. I liked the bed. The only thing I do not like is when you arrive they tell you parking is $10 extra. Charge me $10 more for the room. Don’t nickel and dime me when I arrive. It’s annoying after a long day of travel."

"Todo estuvo super bien!"

"Room was super clean"

"I had no idea that they were doing upgrades. There was no lobby etc. it would be nice to know that. My main complaint was that I did not get my requested wake up call for a 5:50 am flight. Thankfully, I had several back ups, including asking my husband call me from California."
