Big mountain views for big groups at Ski Granby Ranch!

Casa Vista Granby is renovated to cater to large groups with its 11 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, large wrap-around deck with stunning views of the Rocky Mountains! Casa Vista Granby is situated 1 mile to the base of Ski Granby Ranch! Our home features a large open living area upstairs with an open floor plan that shares the kitchen and dining area to accommodate your entire group. We have 2 outdoor hot tubs, an indoor steam room, and plenty of rooms to bring extended family and friends. The kitchen has a very large island with plenty of counter space for cooking and entertaining with all the tools to satisfy any chef. Outside you will find a grill that is plumbed to natural gas so you will always have access to fuel along with a gas fire pit for use year-round with a handicap accessible ramp. The 6 lower-level bedrooms have newly installed AC, and heat split units for precise temperatures, they also serve as a redundant heat source. The primary heating and hot water are provided by 2 boilers, so you are backed up in case of any issues with a boiler. There are 10 thermostats controlling various bedrooms and living areas to ensure everyone has their perfect temperature. We highly recommend all-wheel drive and snow tires in the winter to ensure easy access in and out of the driveway. We keep tire chains, and a tow strap on-site to help if you happen to need some help getting out.

Our cleaning costs are usually around $600. If you take special care of our property we will credit any savings back to you.

Trailers, campers, RV’s, boats are not allowed to be parked on the property for more than 24 hours.

ATV’s, dirt bikes, snow mobiles and any other off road motorized vehicles may not be driven on community roads or properties.

QUIET HOURS STRICTLY ENFORCED 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. daily.

Outdoor lights should be turned off by 9 p.m.

Guests must adhere to all county fire bans. Fireworks are NEVER permitted.

This place is sweet; two hot tubs, heated floors, room for the whole family, and with Granby Ranch right there, the property is a perfect family ski getaway, and felt like a home away from home by the time we had to time to leave <3 will definitely return!

I have never seen an 11 bedroom vrbo..this really is..large deck..2 hot tubs..sauna..multiple grills..2 fire pits..large tvs everywhere. Right across from the grocery store..Not much more a person could ask for!

Awesome stay- beautiful home, lots of space, and so cozy with all the snow coming down. Perfect distance to the ski resort and shuttle buses but just far enough to be quiet and peaceful during our stay.

Great communication from the owner. The house was clean and had the items we needed. We have an annual golf trip with 12 guys and there was plenty of room. We’ll try to stay at this property next year too!

This rambling house had plenty of space for our reunion, and was superbly situated for access to the western side of Rocky Mountain National Park. It a bit rough around the edges, but worked fine for us. I was shocked that the only coffee maker we could find had a four-cup carafe, wholly insufficient for our group of 12. On the other hand, I was pleasantly surprised to find the house had a EV charger, since I rented an electric vehicle. Overall, a good value.

The location and home were well suited for our family reunion. We have some maintenance issues that popped up, but the responsiveness and communication was great and all issues were resolved quickly. Recommend this location for a large gathering.

It handled our large group perfectly for our 2023 ski trip. Plenty of beds to accommodate a large group. The driveway was steep and icy so it was a struggle to get vehicles out sometimes. The hot water was spotty at times, but it fit the bill for our group.

We recently stayed at a beautiful 11-bedroom home in the mountains, booked through VRBO, and couldn’t be happier with our experience. My partner and I used the house as a central meeting place for our extended family who live in the area, and it was perfect for our needs. It was beautiful. I was in one of the 2 hot tubs this morning and saw a family of deer eating by the deck. There were a lot of improvements done compared to what we were expecting. There was fresh paint and was very clean and functional.

Our stay at Casa Vista was fantastic! We had a group of 14 and we all felt that we had plenty of space and privacy. The kitchen was well stocked which was important because we cooked all of our meals here. There are 2 almost commercial size refrigerators. Also, we were just minutes from a grocery store. The beds were very comfortable and all of the bathrooms were accommodating. This home was a great deal and exactly what we were looking for. We will be back.

The location was fabulous for skiing. The house was very clean. However there were several things that it would be helpful to change: - nearly all VRBO's have hair dryers and kleenex in all bathrooms. We needed both - the house could use some work - sprucing up - several bedrooms were too cold for the children to sleep in despite a visit from the handyman, trying to fix the thermostats - it would have been helpful to have a few more children's dishes and cups Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. We stayed at this property in January, and while it had its positives, the overall experience left a lot to be desired.Cons:The heating system was a major issue. Some rooms were unbearably hot (reaching 79F) with no way to lower the temperature, while others were freezing. Despite multiple visits from the maintenance technician, the problem persisted, and we eventually resorted to using the backup emergency heating units, which barely worked—an unacceptable situation during winter.One of the downstairs sinks was out of order. Unfortunately, the couple staying in that room didn’t mention it until the end of our stay, so it remained unusable.The house’s renovation was subpar. Uneven tiles in the kitchen caused tripping hazards, and the bathroom sinks were impractically small, with no usable counter space and water constantly spilling over.The hot tubs were dirty upon arrival, and we opted not to use them. Similarly, the steam room had sand or powder on the floor, making it unappealing.The driveway was treacherous when iced over. Even with AWD and 4x4 vehicles, it was impossible to avoid sliding, which led to an accident where one of our cars slid into another.The house wasn’t ready at the promised 4 PM check-in time. The cleaning crew and maintenance staff were still on-site when we arrived.Pros:The views from the rooms were beautiful.The location was convenient, being close to Granby Ranch.Overall: While the views and location were good, the numerous issues with

We were a group/family of 27 and the house held us all. The area is very pretty and the kids had fun sledding down the hills by the house. The house was well stocked with kitchen gadgets/pots to make our cooking easy. There are a few improvements that could be done and we were disappointed the hot tub wasn't working. Also, on our first night, there was a wind storm that took out the WiFi for over a day, but Will came by to fix the issue. We had good communication with him. For a large group, this is a good house!

We were a group of 24 ranging in age from 5 to mid-40’s. This property was the closest we could find to Granby Ranch that would sleep all 24; only 1 mile from skiing. As previously stated in the reviews, the roads/driveway are very icey and you will need a 4-wheel drive vehicle. We rented a 4-wheel drive jeep and had no problem but others in our group were unable to access the driveway on a few occasions because of the weather conditions. There are 2 refrigerators. The freezer/refrigerator combo did not work properly; everything thawed in the freezer. The living area/kitchen space was a little small for all of us but we made it work. Overall, we had a fantastic time!
